JOB TITLE: REGIONAL TECHNICAL OFFICER
DEPARTMENT: Network Group
LOCATION: Kano
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Staff and resource Network Group functions in region to achieve agreed objectives.
•Adopt design, planning and maintenance guidelines/standards from centralized functions; translate into executable activities with regional staff.
•Develop and produce performance reports to evaluate/benchmarkproductivity of region in accordance with NRC guidelines.
•Manage and ensure conformance to the Quality processes and systems in Network Group activities within the region.
•Manage the operational and maintenance activities to achieve targeted network quality objectives.
JOB CONDITIONS: Open plan office May include extended working hours
REPORTING TO: Senior Manager, Network Region Coordination
REQUIRED SKILLS:
•First degree in electrical engineering
•M. Sc. will be an added advantage.
•Minimum of 8 years working experience with at least 5 years experience in the Telecommunications industry and 2 years in a Managerial role.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Permanent
