JOB TITLE: QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER
DEPARTMENT: Network Group
LOCATION: Lagos
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Design, develop, and document Network Group processes and procedures.
•Review and ensure that all processes and procedures are done in line with the ISO standards
•Implementation of system and process audits and spot checks.
•Conduct a requirement analysis involving identification of business needs / project opportunities; and / or auditing existing policies, procedures, practices and technology
•Facilitate the awareness and need to acquire and maintain ISO accreditation
JOB CONDITIONS: Normal MTNN working conditions
REPORTING TO: Manager, Quality Systems and Processes
REQUIRED SKILLS:
•First degree in any discipline, but preferably in an Engineering/Technical capacity
•4 years work experience of which 2 years should be in a technical role in the telecoms environment.
•Consulting experience in a technical environment
•People management experience.
•Experience in Process Reengineering
